Listening is at the heart of our culture. To reinforce this culture of openness, we have created SAWTAK – which in Arabic means “Your Voice.” SAWTAK is more than a reporting line; it is a symbol of our commitment to ensure that everyone has a safe, accessible, and confidential way to be heard.

Through SAWTAK, we invite you to raise any concern or observation—whether it relates to ethical standards, compliance with laws, workplace behavior, safety, or what is believed to be contradictory to our values, or any matter that could affect our people, operations, reputation, or the trust of those we serve. We listen carefully and act responsibly, because speaking up is essential to building a stronger, more transparent organization.

To provide the highest level of trust and independence, United Group has partnered with the external firm EthicsPoint to administer the SAWTAK hotline and webpage. This partnership ensures confidentiality, anonymity, and impartial handling of all reports, giving every user the comfort to speak freely and voice concerns without fear of reprisal or negative consequences.

All reports submitted through SAWTAK are treated with the strictest confidentiality. Concerns may be raised anonymously, and every submission is reviewed diligently to ensure a fair and respectful response. Most importantly, you can raise your voice without fear of retaliation—United Group guarantees that no one will face adverse consequences for sharing a concern in good faith.

How It Works - Online
  1. Submit your concern through the EthicsPoint platform.
  2. You will receive a unique “report key” and password – write these down and keep them safe.
  3. Within 5–6 business days, log back into the system using your report key and password to view updates, feedback, or requests for additional information.

We guarantee that every concern raised will be heard, reviewed, and addressed in line with our commitment to ethical business practices.
